Coral Reef Fitness Center

AUTHORIZED USE & ELIGIBILITY OF FITNESS CENTER

The Coral Reef Fitness Center has 24/7 Fitness which allows registered users access to the gym after hours; this includes down days and holidays. Access will be granted to all Active Duty Military, Guard/Reserve, Retirees, dependents 18+, and contractors with MWR privileges. To register, please bring your CAC to the front desk during normal operating hours.

CUSTOMER ATTIRE

  • Appropriate clothing must be worn to maintain a proper image in a military & family fitness facility.
  • Athletic attire and an athletic-type shoe must be worn on all activity & equipment areas.
  • Court shoes with non-marking soles must be worn on all court & group exercise room floors.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS



Family Circuit: Circuit style full body and cardio workout. Workouts are suitable for all fitness levels. Children are welcome to accompany parents under parental supervision. Class hosted in Gymnasium.

Functional Fitness: Defined as that which optimizes fitness, it encourages people to do the workouts together to form a community aspect. The workouts incorporate elements from high intensity interval training, plyometrics, Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises. All movements are infinitely scalable. Individuals can complete daily workouts known as workout of the day (WODs).

HIIT: A high-intensity interval traning class designed to provide a total-body workout andn build endurance.

Spin: Pedal through hill climbs, sprints, jumps, steady state, and many other challenging drills for your cardiovascular strength and endurance needs!

Strength & Conditioning: A full body focused class with high and low intensity strength training exercises designed to increase our muscular endurance.

Yoga: A class that focuses on ascetic discipline, breathe control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. It is widely practiced for health and relaxation.

Zumba: A dance focused class with high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance.

INTRAMURAL SPORTS SCHEDULE 

Interested in playing your favorite sport for your unit team? We host the Commander's Cup Intramural Sports Program for Andersen AFB annually. All sports are open to both men and women, with no exceptions. Contact your unit's sports rep or CRFC front desk for more information.
