Charles King Fitness Center & Pool

The Charles King Fitness Center & Pool offers a variety of fitness classes, swimming classes, aerobic fitness equipment, weight rooms, male/female sauna rooms, basketball courts, indoor racquetball courts, a family fitness room, and a group fitness room. CKFC also offers personal trainer services as well as group fitness classes such as Zumba, Yoga, and Cycling.

Guest Pass
$5.00 per guest per day (guest must have a day pass from the Visitor Control Center).

CKFC Membership for Contractors
$45 a month or $450 a year; payable at the CKFC front desk.

NOFFS: Operation Fitness for the Navy.
H.I.I.T.: Quick explosive way to burn fat by combining intense bursts & less-intense routines with minimal rest in between.
Zumba: Full body workout with Latin-inspired choreography.
Mixxed Fit: A people-inspired fitness program mixing explosive dancing with boot camp toning.
Pound: Full body cardio-jam session incorporating drumming with pilates and core work.
Bounce: A full-body workout performed on a mini-trampoline that strengthens bones & stimulates the digestive system.
Body Pump: Fast-paced, barbell-based workout.
Full Body Burnout: A type of workout that maximizes calorie burn, builds endurance, and enhances overall strength and conditioning.
Cardio Kickboxing: Combination of martial arts and fast-paced cardio.
Regeneration: Techniques that help alleviate muscle tightness and promote recovery through methods such as foam rolling and trigger points.
Body Boot Camp: A fitness-style boot camp mixes traditional calisthenics and body weight exercises with interval and strength training.
Family Fit: Cardio, strength and conditioning workout. Bring your kid/s in their stroller while they watch.
Pop Pilates: Inspired by classical Pilates, targeting your strength and flexibility.
Tabata: Variations of cardio and strength training w/ intense core conditioning.
